#TakeoutTuesday🥡⠀As a master of takeout, I usually ask myself, "what should I drink tonight" before asking "what's for dinner?" I knew I wanted to have Donkey & Goat Pet nat, so Korean Fried Chicken and pork buns from Bonchon Chicken was a perfect choice. ⠀

This wine is easy to love with its refreshing and luxurious mousse. Flavors of freshly baked pear tartlet, Meyer lemon, Pink Lady apples, and peonies. With each sip, the stunning Meyer Lemon aromas become more robust, yet there's an orange zest finish to the wine. ⠀

All in all, Lily's Pet Nat is bright, fruit-forward with a subtle minerality/earthy quality that I can't put my finger on. But that doesn't matter because the wine is delicious and evolves nicely from first to last sip. ⠀
